DO POSITIVE ACTIONS...

Try not to worry, for this is the most unpredictable of all human activities.Let go of fear for most of the things we fear never come to pass.Face each problems as it comes. You can anly handle one at a time anyway.Do not take your problems to bed with you,for they make very poor bed fellows.Ask your self WHO OWNS THE PROBLEM? People can better care for their own problem....better than you can.

Concentrate on what is happening in your life at the moment and be happy now.Try to be a good listener, for only when you listen do you hear ideas different from your own.It is hard to learn something when you are talking and some people Do know more than you do.

Try to avoid becoming bogged down by frustrations, for 90 percent of it is rooted in self-pity and will only interfere with positive actions.Try to sit down and count your blessings, careful not to overlook the seemingly small ones, for a lot of small blessings adds -up to a big ones.

This is wisdom! It is simple yet it is strange that so many people don't follow those basic advices!

A very symbolic and optmistic photo ! The tree growing, meaning the hope of good things and the beauty of life.

That's about the most said in the fewest amount of words I've ever read.

I'd just add, I guess on a less comforting note, but to support your line of thought on fear: if something truly horrible does happen to you, chances are it never even made the list of things you were worrying about...

Sound advice. Sometimes I have to try and remember that I can offer it, but it is up to them to take it, wear it, and see if it fits.

Just being born into this country means that we are blessed. Sometimes our daily problems can seem so much more trivial when we compare them to what other people in the world have to go through.
